Recently, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in several cases that State Questions 818, 819, and 820 are all constitutionally valid in order to be presented to the people of Oklahoma for a general vote. These state questions concern the legalization of recreational marijuana, replacement of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, and the inclusion of Article 32 to the Oklahoma Constitution authorizing the legalization, regulation, and taxation of recreational use marijuana by adults age 21 years and older.
